What does your work consist of?
I specialise in design and graphics, but I also plan and design tailor-made events for my brides and grooms; I turn their dreams into reality by using the best suppliers. I will be by your side all the way up to the wedding day, taking care of the direction, coordination and supervision.
For these reasons, I prefer events that I take care of in their entirety, both in planning and design, and I accept a limited number each year.
Do you only work in Calabria or throughout Italy? What if the bride and groom live far away from your venue?
We organise weddings all over Italy, especially in beautiful regions such as Apulia and Calabria.
Thanks to technology, we can schedule calls with brides and grooms from all over Italy! In the first phase, the acquaintance phase, we can evaluate trips, consultations by video call, email; afterwards we will plan some meetings in person, fundamental, for example, for the choice of location.

Do you have a team of suppliers?
There is no right supplier but the right supplier for each of our projects. Based on the needs of the couple, we build the ideal team to realise the event.
We combine a large pool of trusted suppliers with a constant search for new professionals to collaborate with who can guarantee high quality and strong exclusivity.
Do you work with suppliers indicated by the bride and groom?
Only if I believe, after careful evaluation, that they meet the requirements of professionalism and quality that are essential for the realisation of the project. It is necessary to guarantee the bride and groom the highest standards.
Do you work alone or with a staff on the wedding day?
Depending on the complexity of the event, I determine the number of people dedicated to coordinating the event. I make use of selected collaborators and, as needed, other specialised figures.
How do you work?
As a first step, I gather your needs and desires by identifying the style, mood and colour palette of your wedding; this will allow me to develop a tailor-made creative project giving the event a coherent, elegant and harmonious look. I will then propose a range of ideal locations for the realisation of your wedding, following a well-defined schedule. Every choice is made in agreement with the bride and groom, respecting their decisions and the established budget; during this process we share with the bride and groom projects, budget plans, estimates, contracts and much more.
How does your assignment take place? What are the terms of payment?
My assignment is formalised through the signing of a contract that constitutes the beginning of our work together.As a rule, we ask for a deposit of 50% upon signing the contract and the balance within the week before the wedding; depending on the type of service chosen, payment can also be divided into several instalments.
How much does the service cost?
Our organisation services are completely customisable to your needs, each proposal is built for you. After the first meeting, we can provide you with a clear and detailed quote. We also have last-minute or consultancy solutions with fixed prices for those who do not need continuous organisation and support.
How far in advance should I contact you?
Ideally, we should start working together at least 12 months before the wedding, by moving in advance we will be able to choose the location and suppliers of your dreams. However, you can contact us at any time you wish, I will help the bride and groom according to the timetable available.
Do you also organise private events, birthdays or anniversaries?
Yes, but in limited numbers during the year, for those who want a unique event. Every moment is a special occasion to celebrate and share!
